Hanks creates and manages social media content with AI assistance, connects accounts (Meta, Google Drive, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Canva), schedules and publishes posts upon your approval, and shows metrics. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.
We use the official APIs of the connected platforms. By connecting, you authorize us to act on your behalf within the approved scopes, and you may revoke at any time. Use of Google and YouTube APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.
No publishing happens without human approval. Content is published only after you approve and schedule it, or by your explicit manual trigger.
You are responsible for the content you create, schedule or publish (including AI-assisted content) and for complying with the law, third-party rights and the destination networks’ rules. Hanks does not pre-moderate content.
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card data.
Trial period. When you subscribe, you get a 7-day trial. Your card is registered upfront, but nothing is charged during that period. At the end of the 7 days, the subscription is charged automatically at the price of the chosen plan and renews as described below. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all. The exact date of the first charge is shown on the billing screen and in the confirmation email.
How billing works. Plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on what you sign up for) and renew automatically until you cancel. Each plan includes a number of credits per month, used to generate content. Plan credits do not roll over: on each renewal your plan balance is reset, and whatever was left from the previous period expires.
Add-on credits. You can buy extra credits at any time as a one-off purchase. They are added to your balance and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Plan renewal does not affect add-on credits.
Cancellation. You can cancel whenever you want, from the billing screen itself, without contacting anyone. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for: the exact date is shown when you cancel. Until that period ends, you can undo the cancellation with one click.
Refunds. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for a period already paid: when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing cycle, but the unused time is not refunded. The same applies to unused credits, whether from a plan or bought separately. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Your data stays yours. Cancelling stops new content generation; the brands, texts and images you already created remain saved. You may close your account and request data deletion at any time.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for third-party API outages, changes to their policies, or indirect damages.
