This Privacy Policy describes how the Hanks platform, operated by CSA SERVIÇOS DE MARKETING LTDA - ME (Brazilian company registry / CNPJ 58.331.994/0001-09), collects, uses, stores and protects your data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018). By using Hanks, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect: (a) account data you provide (name, email); (b) when you connect a network or service, the basic public profile information needed to display the connection (username, profile picture) and the access tokens that authorize the actions you request; (c) the content you create, schedule and publish; and (d) the performance metrics we collect from connected networks, at your request.
We use the permissions and tokens solely to provide the services you actively request: generating and scheduling content, publishing on your behalf on the networks you connected, and collecting your posts’ metrics. We never sell your data, and your access tokens and your brands’ content are not shared with anyone. The only exception is the advertising measurement described in section 4, which involves browsing data on our website, never the content of your workspace.
With your OAuth authorization, we integrate with: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), via the Graph API, to list Pages/accounts, publish content you approve and read metrics; Google Drive: to use your photos as the basis for generated artwork (this use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements); YouTube: to identify your channel and read metrics (subject to the YouTube Terms of Service); LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter) and Canva: to authenticate, publish and import/export designs. We access only the scopes you approve. We are not affiliated with these platforms.
Our website uses cookies and third-party measurement technologies to understand how people find us and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising: TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and PostHog (product analytics).
With the TikTok Pixel, when advanced matching is enabled, contact details you provide to us (such as email and phone number) may be sent to TikTok already transformed by a one-way cryptographic function (hash): that is, without the original value being transmitted, so TikTok can recognize visits coming from its ads. The following may also be collected: our website’s first-party cookie data, page information, browsing actions (clicks, time on page) and site performance measurements. TikTok also processes this data as a controller, under the TikTok Privacy Policy.
None of this reaches your workspace content: your brands, generated copy, images, connected-network tokens and post metrics are never sent to advertising platforms.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with blocking extensions; Hanks keeps working normally. You may object at any time via the contact in section 8.
Your tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Access is isolated per account (one brand cannot see another’s data) and protected by row-level access control. We apply industry-standard security measures.
At any time you may: (a) disconnect accounts under Settings → Channels & Networks; (b) revoke Hanks’ access from the social network itself; and (c) request deletion via our Delete my data page. When you remove Hanks from Facebook, Meta notifies us and the request is recorded and processed.
You may confirm processing, access, correct, anonymize, port or delete your data, and withdraw consent, via the Delete my data page or the contact below.
